Section 41-10-723 Alabama Construction Recruitment Institute - Application. (a) The Alabama
Construction Recruitment Institute shall be incorporated as a public corporation with the
powers herein provided. (b) The Governor, the state Commissioner of Revenue, and the Director
of Finance shall present to the Secretary of State of Alabama an application signed by them
which shall set forth all of the following: (1) The name, official designation, and official

programs; licensure and certification of teachers; professional learning. (a) The State Superintendent
of Education shall develop, and the State Board of Education shall approve, a dyslexia therapist
certification endorsement on or before December 31, 2019. (1) K-12 and early childhood teachers
who have completed an International Multisensory Structured Language Education Council endorsed

having a legitimate need for using a listed precursor chemical defined in Section 20-2-181,
shall apply in person to the Board of Pharmacy for a permit to possess such chemical each

Section 34-14A-7 Applications for issuance or renewal of license; records; inactive license.
(a) Any residential home builder who desires to receive a new or renewal license under this
chapter shall make and file with the board 30 days prior to the next meeting of the board

Section 34-24-334 Issuance of license; design, number, fee, etc. Upon the filing of a certificate
of qualification along with an application in proper form, if the commission is satisfied
that all requirements of the law have been met, and that such application should be approved
