Section 11-54-2 Authorized. Each municipality shall have the power to acquire and develop one or more parcels of land as the site or sites for an industrial park or industrial parks and shall have the power to expend money for such acquisition and development. The development of land as the site for an industrial park shall be deemed to include the provision of water, sewage, drainage, transportation, power, and communication facilities and other similar facilities which are incidental to use of the land as an industrial park, but shall not be deemed to include the provision of structures or buildings other than structures or buildings related to water, sewage, drainage, transportation, power, communication, or similar facilities. Section 9-8A-11 Agreement to maintain conservation practices; sale of land with respect to which agreement is in effect. As a condition for receipt of a cost-share grant of allocated funds for soil and water conservation practices, the eligible person receiving the benefit of such grant shall agree to maintain those practices for the expected life of the practice as established by the commission and outlined in the applicable conservation plan. Agreement to maintain practices for which allocated funds are being paid shall be accomplished by completing and signing a maintenance agreement.
