Section 13A-12-131 Public display of obscene sticker, sign, etc. It shall be unlawful for any
person to display in public any bumper sticker, sign or writing which depicts obscene language
descriptive of sexual or excretory activities. Any person convicted of a violation of this

Section 22-12C-7 Fraud or abuse as a misdemeanor; fraud defined. (a) Any person who obtains
WIC Program benefits for himself or herself or for another by fraud or abuse or anyone who

Section 32-7A-21 Penalties. The following penalties are applicable to violations of this chapter:
(1) FELONIES. A person convicted of a felony for the violation of a provision of this chapter

effective date. (a) It shall be unlawful in this state for any person to violate the federal
laws or rules regulating the horsepower of the engines of the vessels operating on the waters
