Section 22-12C-7 Fraud or abuse as a misdemeanor; fraud defined. (a) Any person who obtains
WIC Program benefits for himself or herself or for another by fraud or abuse or anyone who

Section 23-1-390 Penalties for violation of this article. Except as herein otherwise provided,
any person subject to this article who fails to comply with the requirements of, or violates
this article, or of any of the rules, regulations, or orders issued pursuant thereto shall

Section 32-7A-21 Penalties. The following penalties are applicable to violations of this chapter:
(1) FELONIES. A person convicted of a felony for the violation of a provision of this chapter
is guilty of a Class C felony and is subject to punishment as defined by the Criminal Code

effective date. (a) It shall be unlawful in this state for any person to violate the federal
laws or rules regulating the horsepower of the engines of the vessels operating on the waters
