Section 34-15C-10 Applicability and exceptions. (a) Nothing in this chapter shall be interpreted
to prohibit any person from making plans and specifications for or administering the erection,
enlargement, or alteration of any building upon any farm for the use of any farmer, any single
family residence of any size, or of any other type building which has a total area of less
than 2,500 square feet, provided the building is not a school, church, auditorium, or other
building intended for the assembly occupancy of people. (b) Registration under this chapter

Section 20-2-190 Penalties; sale of ephedrine, etc.; Alabama Drug Abuse Task Force. (a) Any
person who manufactures, sells, transfers, receives, or possesses a listed precursor chemical
violates this article if the person: (1) Knowingly fails to comply with the reporting requirements
of this article; (2) Knowingly makes a false statement in a report or record required by this
article or the rules adopted thereunder; (3) Is required by this article to have a listed
precursor chemical license or permit, and is a person as defined by this article, and knowingly
or deliberately fails to obtain such a license or permit. An offense under this subsection

Section 34-15C-14 Alabama Board for Registered Interior Designers Fund. All fees received by
the board shall be deposited into a fund in the State Treasury known as the Alabama Board
for Registered Interior Designers Fund, which is hereby established. The fund shall be utilized,
in the discretion of the board, to regulate the practice of registered interior designers
and to pay any necessary expenses of the board, including the cost of employees, legal expenses,
administrative expenses, and other expenses associated with enforcing and administering this
