Section 33-1-8 Board of directors. (a)(1) The port authority shall be governed by a board of directors, consisting of eight appointed members and one ex officio member. a. (1) The board shall consist of five members, four of whom shall be involved in the practice of occupational therapy, of which one shall be an occupational therapy assistant.
