Section 36-29-1 Definitions. When used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) BOARD.
The State Employees' Insurance Board. (2) CLASS. An employee or retiree shall be included
in one of the following classes: (i) active employee single, (ii) active employee family,
(iii) non-Medicare retiree single, (iv) non-Medicare retiree family, (v) Medicare retiree
single, (vi) Medicare retiree family, (vii) non-Medicare retiree with Medicare eligible dependent(s),
or (viii) Medicare retiree with non-Medicare dependent(s). (3) EMPLOYEE. A person who works
full time for the State of Alabama or for a county health department and who receives his
or her full compensation on a monthly basis through means of a state warrant drawn upon the

Section 34-25A-10 Alabama State Board of Orthotists and Prosthetists Fund. There is established
a separate special revenue trust fund in the State Treasury to be known as the Alabama State
Board of Orthotists and Prosthetists Fund. All receipts and administrative fines collected
by the board pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited in the fund and used only to implement

Section 34-29-67 Compensation and expenses; expenditure of funds. The members of the board
shall receive two hundred dollars ($200) a day for each day or a portion thereof the member
is actually engaged in the work of the board, and in addition, the usual per diem expenses
allowed to other persons acting in the service of the State of Alabama or any of its agencies,
institutions, boards, bureaus, or commissions. The legal expenses of the board for administration
of this article shall be paid from funds in the State Treasury to the credit of the board

provided to the corporation either by legislative appropriation or by executive allocation

Section 41-16-122 Authority of division. (a) The division shall be authorized to collect fees
for transfer, handling, shipping, classification, warehousing, bidding, destruction, scrapping,
or other disposal of property and such other fees as may be deemed appropriate in order to

Section 25-8-32.2 Child Labor Administrative Trust Fund. (a) The Child Labor Administrative
Trust Fund is established in the State Treasury into which shall be deposited certain assessments
under this chapter collected by the department. The fund shall constitute a separate fund
to be disbursed by the state Comptroller on order of the secretary. For two years following

in the State Treasury a trust fund for the Alabama Department of Veterans' Affairs, to be

Section 31-9-24 Regular and emergency appropriations; state grants to political subdivisions.
(a) The funds appropriated by the Legislature in the general appropriation act for the support
and maintenance of this article shall be expended solely for the purposes designated in the
appropriation act and shall be limited to the amounts provided therein and shall be disbursed,
