Section 44-1-51 Composition; compensation; records. (a) The Governor shall be the ex
officio Chair of the Youth Services Board. (b) The board shall be composed of 18 voting members,
five of whom shall be the Commissioner of the State Department of Human Resources, the State

a Board of Trustees for Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, a state land-grant

the Alabama Real Estate Appraisers Board. The board shall consist of nine members, one of

Section 5-26-3 Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions
shall apply: (1) DEPOSITORY INSTITUTION. The term "depository institution" has the
same meaning as in Section 3 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, and includes any
