Section 12-22-21 Other orders, judgments, or decrees. Appeal from the order, judgment or decree of the probate court may be taken by the party aggrieved to the circuit court or Supreme Court in the cases hereinafter specified. Appeals to the Supreme Court shall be governed by the Alabama Rules of Appellate Procedure, including the time for taking an appeal. Section 34-4-31 Revocation or suspension - Resulting from judgment in damage action. Section 2-21-30 Recovery of short weight and feed deficiency penalties. In any case wherein the licensee fails or refuses to make payment of a penalty to the purchaser within the time required, the purchaser may institute legal action against the licensee for the recovery of such penalty as provided in Sections 2-21-28 and 2-21-29.
