Section 25-12-7 Exceptions. (a) This chapter shall not apply to the following boilers and pressure
vessels: (1) Boilers and pressure vessels under federal control or under regulations of Title
49 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 192 and 193. (2) Pressure vessels used for transportation
and storage of compressed or liquefied gases when constructed in compliance with specifications
of the United States Department of Transportation and when charged with gas or liquid, marked,
maintained, and periodically requalified for use, as required by appropriate regulations of
the United States Department of Transportation. (3) Pressure vessels located on vehicles operating
under the rules of other state or federal authorities and used for carrying passengers or
freight. (4) Air tanks installed on the right of way of railroads and used directly in the

the purpose of this title, shall have meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section,

Section 45-17-91.23 Creation of Shoals Economic Development Fund; purposes for which moneys
in such fund may be expended. (a) There is created the Shoals Economic Development Fund, which
shall be a special or trust fund or account of the committee, and which shall be administered

Section 9-6-8 Powers and duties generally. The authority shall have the following powers, together

Section 11-89C-9 Powers of governing bodies. (a) A governing body shall proceed under this
chapter as a participant in the public corporation or individually, to adopt upon reasonable
public notice and following public hearing all necessary rules and regulations by resolution
or ordinance to implement this chapter and to specifically regulate and control storm water
discharges and eliminate the discharge of pollutants to its municipal separate storm sewers.
