Section 9-10B-16 Duties of commission. Section 34-39-13 Expiration and renewal of licenses; fee; continuing education; late fee. (a) All licenses under this chapter shall be subject to renewal and shall expire unless renewed in the manner prescribed by the rules and regulations of the board upon the payment of a renewal fee. The board may set a required number of continuing education units for license renewal. The board may provide for a late renewal of license upon payment of a late renewal fee. Any license which has not been restored within three years following its expiration may not be renewed, restored, or reissued thereafter. (a) Any facility, including mobile clinics or any other premises where a licensed veterinarian practices shall have a premise permit issued by the board.
