Section 27-45-2 Definitions. As used in this article, the following terms shall have the respective meanings herein set forth, unless the context shall otherwise require: (1) ALABAMA INSURANCE CODE. Title 27 of the Code of Alabama 1975. (2) INSURER. Such term shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 27-1-2. (3) PERSON. Such term shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 27-1-2. Section 34-43-15 Complaints; grounds for suspension; revocation, etc., of license; penalties; rulemaking authority. (a) Any person may file with the board a written and signed complaint regarding an allegation of impropriety by a licensee, establishment, or person. Complaints shall be made in the manner prescribed by the board. Section 20-3-3 Transfer of legend drugs to charitable clinic. (a)(1) Legend drugs, except controlled substances, dispensed to a patient in a hospital, nursing facility, assisted living facility, or specialty care assisted living facility may be donated and transferred pursuant to this section to a charitable clinic to be used by charitable patients free of charge when all of the following conditions are met: a.
