Section 34-1-3 State Board of Public Accountancy. (a) There is created a board of public accountancy in and for the State of Alabama, to be known as the Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy. Section 34-8-2 Licensure and classification of contractors. Those bylaws established by the interstate commission pursuant to Section 34-24-530 for its governance, or for directing and controlling its actions and conduct. (b) COMMISSIONER. Section 5-17-8 Reports to Administrator of Alabama Credit Union Administration; powers of administrator. (a) Credit unions shall report to the Administrator of the Alabama Credit Union Administration at least annually on or before January 31 in such manner and form as required by the administrator for that purpose.
