Section 45-14-130.01 Appointment of county engineer; qualifications. The county commission
shall appoint and employ a county engineer, who shall be a thoroughly qualified and competent
professional engineer not required to be a land surveyor, but otherwise possessing all of
the qualifications as specified for county engineers under the general laws of the State of
Alabama; and he or she shall devote his or her entire time and attention to the maintenance

Section 34-2-38 Board for Registration of Architects - Creation; composition. To carry out
the provisions of this chapter, there shall be a State Board for Registration of Architects,
consisting of six members, each of whom shall be appointed by the Governor from a list of
