Section 34-15C-6 Qualification for certificate of registration. (a) Applications for registration
shall be submitted on forms prescribed and furnished by the board. The board shall promptly
notify any applicant of the requirements and the schedule of fees established by the board
for registration. (b) The board shall register an applicant to become a registered interior
designer, and to use the title of registered interior designer in the State of Alabama, only
if the applicant satisfies all of the following requirements: (1) The applicant is determined
by the board to be of good ethical character. (2) The applicant either: a. Has satisfied all
requirements, including all education and experience requirements, for eligibility to take
the NCIDQ examination; or b. Holds a degree from a National Architectural Accreditation Board
(NAAB) accredited school and has met NCIDQ eligibility requirements to take the NCIDQ examination,

Section 17-4-60 Implementation of federal acts. (a) The Secretary of State shall be the primary
state official for federal contact for the implementation of the National Voter Registration
Act of 1993 and the Help America Vote Act of 2002. (b) The State Department of Public Safety
shall integrate voter registration into driver's license application and renewal or updating
procedures and shall coordinate its driver's license database with the state voter registration
list and the Social Security Administration's database in accordance with the Help America

Section 2-15-21 Registration of brands by livestock owners; fees; certificate of registration.
(a) Any livestock owner who uses a brand to identify his or her livestock must register such
brand by applying to the department. The application shall be made on forms prescribed and

Section 8-17-2 Registration and permit for sale or distribution. (a) Before any brake fluid
shall be sold, offered for sale, kept for sale or distributed in the State of Alabama, the

registration of, and no owner shall permit another person to operate, register, or maintain
registration of, a motor vehicle designed to be used on a public highway unless the motor

Section 2-16-3 Permit required; refusal or revocation of permit; appeal and review. (a) No
person, firm or corporation shall operate a public hatchery, and no chick dealer or jobber
shall operate within this state without first obtaining an annual permit from the state Commissioner
of Agriculture and Industries to so operate. The fee to be paid for such annual permit shall
