Section 40-29-115 Fraud and false statements. (a) Any person who: (1) DECLARATION UNDER PENALTIES OF PERJURY. Willfully makes and subscribes any return, statement, or other document, which contains or is verified by a written declaration that it is made under the penalties of perjury, and which he does not believe to be true and correct as to every material matter; or (2) AID or ASSISTANCE. Section 45-8-241.01 License requirements for door-to-door sales. (a) All persons engaged in the business of selling products door-to-door for profit shall have a state transient business license and a county business license issued by the commissioner of licenses as provided in Section 45-8-241, and shall pay any license or privilege fee and any issuance fee required therein. (b) The person or business shall apply for application to the commissioner of licenses on forms provided by the commissioner. Section 45-7-82.27 Costs and fees. (a) Prior to admission, the office of the district attorney may charge a nonrefundable application fee of one hundred dollars ($100). The amount of the assessment for participation in the program shall be in addition to any program supervision fees, court costs, and assessments for drug, alcohol, or anger treatments required by law, the district attorney, or the court, and are in addition to costs of supervision, treatment, and restitution for which the pretrial diversion admittee may be responsible.
