Section 33-4A-30 Suspension or revocation of license - Conduct of hearings. The hearing shall be conducted under the rules as the commission may from time to time establish. The commission shall hear the testimony of the witnesses and may administer oaths to the witnesses, and false swearing, after the administration of the oath by the commission, shall constitute perjury under the laws of this state. The bar pilot may be represented by counsel at the hearing. Upon completion of the hearing, or as soon thereafter as practicable, the commission shall render its decision, and the decision shall be by a majority of the commission.
