Section 33-4A-7 Secretary. The commission may employ a secretary who shall not be a member of the commission and who shall be paid an annual salary set by the commission. Before entering upon the duties of office, the secretary shall execute a bond in the amount of three thousand dollars ($3,000), for the faithful performance of the duties of the office.
