Section 8-6-3 Registration and bonds of dealers, agents, investment advisers, etc. (a) It is unlawful for any person to transact business in this state as a dealer or agent for securities unless he or she is registered under this article. A person who is a graduate of a college of veterinary medicine not accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association shall be eligible to take the regularly scheduled state licensing examination given by the board upon furnishing all the following required documents or items: (1) The certificate of the American Veterinary Medical Association Educational Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates (ECFVG). As a condition for receipt of a cost-share grant of allocated funds for soil and water conservation practices, the eligible person receiving the benefit of such grant shall agree to maintain those practices for the expected life of the practice as established by the commission and outlined in the applicable conservation plan.
