such corporation; provided, that any corporation may enter into contracts with the holders
of any of its bonds preventing such corporation from thereafter issuing general obligation
bonds or limiting the amount of such bonds that may thereafter be issued. To the extent permitted
by any contracts with the holders of outstanding bonds and any other contractual obligations
or requirements, any corporation may pledge any of its revenues or mortgage or assign any
of its assets, whether real or personal and whether tangible or intangible, to secure

Section 33-1-36 Authority of Alabama State Port Authority to contract with federal government
for purpose of receiving funds, supplies, facilities, etc.; regulation and promotion of projects;
payment of relocation, etc., expenses of persons displaced. (a) The State of Alabama, acting

Section 45-36-162 Distribution of payments. (a) Any payments coming into the treasury of Jackson
County that are derived, directly or indirectly, from payments by the Tennessee Valley Authority
in lieu of payment of taxes shall be appropriated as follows: (1) One percent to the Jackson
County Economic Development Fund paid to the fund monthly until it reaches a balance of one
million dollars ($1,000,000); the payments shall continue whenever the balance in the fund
drops below one million dollars ($1,000,000). The county commission may invest the funds to

health services which are subject to this article and which are proposed to be offered or
developed within the state shall be subject to review under this article. No institutional
health services which are subject to this article shall be permitted which are inconsistent
