Section 40-18-402 Renewal of Alabama Commission. (a) There is hereby created the Renewal of Alabama Commission. (b) The commission shall be comprised of all of the following persons: (1) The Director of Finance, or his or her designee. (2) The Secretary of Commerce, or his or her designee. (3) The Chair of the House Ways and Means Education Committee, or its successor committee, if any, or his or her designee. Section 45-45-82.03 Juvenile court Advisory Board and Drug Abuse Prevention Fund. (a) In all criminal and juvenile delinquency cases in the circuit and district courts of Madison County wherein the defendant or the juvenile is charged with a violation of the Alabama Uniform Controlled Substances Act the clerk of the respective court shall charge and collect a fee of ten dollars ($10) in addition to all other costs and charges now or hereafter provided.
