Section 16-60-197 Additional vocational trade schools authorized. The State Board of Education is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to establish and provide for the construction of three new vocational trade schools in this state in addition to the trade schools heretofore provided by law, to be located at such places as will make such schools conveniently accessible to all areas of Alabama. The cost of constructing such schools shall be paid out of the proceeds realized from any bonds issued and sold by the State Board of Education or any other authority of this state for the purpose of financing the construction of public school buildings or from any other funds made available for the construction of trade schools.
