Section 27-4A-3 Generally. (a) Subject to the exceptions and exemptions hereinafter set forth, for the year beginning on January 1, 1995, and for each year thereafter, every insurer shall pay to the commissioner a premium tax equal to the percentage, as set out in this subsection, of the premiums received by the insurer for business done in this state, whether the same was actually received by the insurer in this state or elsewhere: (1) PREMIUM TAX ON LIFE INSURANCE PREMIUMS. a. Section 33-13-10 Bonds - State Docks Facilities Reserve Fund. There is hereby created a special fund to be designated the State Docks Facilities Reserve Fund, which shall be held in and constitute a part of the State Treasury and which shall be maintained until the principal of and interest on the bonds (or any refunding bonds that may hereafter be issued to refund any of the bonds) shall have been paid in full. Section 22-6-70 Created. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a trust fund to be known as the Medicaid Trust Fund. The trust fund shall be administered by a board of directors in accordance with the provisions of this article.
