Section 11-22-1 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the respective meanings ascribed by this section: (1) CORPORATION. Any corporation organized pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. (2) COUNTY. Any county in this state with respect to which a corporation may be organized. (3) GOVERNING BODY. The county commission. (4) MORTGAGE. A mortgage or a mortgage and deed of trust. (5) PROJECT. Section 36-28-8 Contribution Fund. (a) There is hereby established a special fund to be known as the Contribution Fund.
