Section 41-10-28 Execution of bonds and interest coupons; form, terms, denominations, etc.,
of bonds; sale; refunding bonds; liability upon bonds; pledges of certain funds as security
for payment of principal and interest on bonds generally; bonds to be deemed negotiable instruments;
bonds and income therefrom exempt from taxation; use of bonds as security for deposits of
funds of state, etc.; investment of certain state funds and private trust funds in bonds;
public hearing or consent of Department of Finance, etc., not a prerequisite to issuance of
bonds. The bonds of the authority shall be signed by its president and attested by its secretary,
and the seal of the authority shall be affixed thereto, and any interest coupons applicable

Section 33-2-200 Definitions. The words and terms used in this division shall have the same
definitions as provided in Section 33-2-180. In addition, the following words and terms shall

Section 11-54-88 Additional powers as to pollution control facilities. (a)(1) In addition to
all other powers at any time conferred on them by law, each industrial development board shall
have the following powers: a. To acquire, whether by construction, purchase, exchange, gift,

Section 11-89-12 Establishment and revision of rates, fees, and charges for services rendered
by district. Rates, fees, and charges for water service, sewer service, and fire protection
service rendered by the district from any of its water systems, sewer systems or fire protection

Section 11-97-13 Freedom of corporation from supervision and control of state; applicability
of certain laws regarding operation of facilities. (a) This chapter is intended to aid the
state through the furtherance of the purposes of the chapter by providing appropriate and
independent instrumentalities with full and adequate powers to fulfill their functions. Except
