Section 33-2-130 Application of revenues from inland facilities. The gross revenues derived from the operation of each unit of development comprising a part of the inland facilities shall be applied for the following purposes in the following order: (1) Payment of the expenses of operating and maintaining in good operating condition the unit of development from which such revenues are derived; and (2) payment of the expenses of operating and maintaining in good condition any other unit of development or units of development comprising a part of the inland facilities. In order to provide funds for the purposes herein authorized, the Governor is hereby empowered to execute, with the concurrence of the director of state docks, and to sell the state's bonds in such amounts, not exceeding in the aggregate the sum of $3,000,000.00 as may be necessary for said purposes, all under and subject to the following provisions: Said bonds shall be appropriately designated as inland waterways improvement bonds of the state.
