Section 14-6A-37 Obligations of authority. All obligations created or assumed and all bonds
issued or assumed by a regional jail authority shall be solely and exclusively an obligation
of the authority and shall not create an obligation or debt of any municipality nor count
against the constitutional debt limit of a participating municipality. This section shall

Section 11-50A-21 Proceeds of bonds. Proceeds of the bonds issued under authority of this chapter
shall be used solely for the payment of the costs of a project or combined projects, and any
other corporate purposes of the authority, and shall be disbursed upon requisition or order

Section 11-88-91 Execution of short term notes or issuance of bonds by authority prior to letting
of contract or during progress of work on improvement generally. For the purpose of providing
funds to pay the cost of any improvement made under the provisions of this article, the cost
of which, in whole or in part, is proposed to be assessed against the property drained, served,
and benefited by the improvements being provided, the authority may borrow money temporarily,

Section 22-3A-19 Certain public health facilities as primary obligation of authority; reimbursement
to counties; refinancing or refunding of obligations. (a) As its primary obligation under

Section 23-2-149 Trust agreements securing bond issues; authorized provisions protecting holders;
pledge of revenues. In the discretion of the authority, any bonds issued under the provisions
of this article may be secured by a trust agreement by and between the authority and a corporate
trustee, which may be any trust company, or bank having the powers of a trust company, within
