Section 11-20-75 Advisory council. The board of directors of an authority may appoint an advisory
council consisting of up to 10 members to advise the board. The advisory council members shall
serve two-year terms, and are not required to be residents of the county of incorporation.
Members may be appointed to additional terms by the board to serve on the advisory council.

Section 22-21-27 Advisory board. (a) There shall be an advisory board of 17 members to assist
in the establishment of rules, regulations, and standards necessary to carry out this article
and to serve as consultants to the State Health Officer. The board shall meet at least twice

Section 34-5-13 Board of Barber Examiners. There is hereby created the Alabama Board of Barber
Examiners, to consist of five persons. Such board shall be appointed by the Governor of the
