Section 9-11-210 Agreements as to fishing in waters of Alabama and of bordering states. The Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources shall have authority to enter into agreements of reciprocity with conservation commissioners or directors or other proper officials of states bordering Alabama who have jurisdiction over the freshwater fishing laws and regulations of such states whereby the citizens of the State of Alabama may be permitted to catch or take fish from the waters under the jurisdiction of such other states upon similar agreements whereby such nonresidents are allowed to take or catch fish from the public waters of the State of Alabama regardless of residence.
