Section 7-9A-102 Definitions and index of definitions. (a) Article 9A definitions. In this article: (1) "Accession" means goods that are physically united with other goods in such a manner that the identity of the original goods is not lost. Section 32-9B-1 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) AUTOMATED COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE. A commercial motor vehicle equipped with an automated driving system. (2) AUTOMATED DRIVING SYSTEM. Section 32-7-9 Application to nonresidents, unlicensed drivers, unregistered motor vehicles and accidents in other states. (a) Insurers that write automobile insurance in this state may exclude any and all coverage afforded under the policy issued to an owner or operator of a personal vehicle for any loss or injury that occurs while a TNC driver is logged on to the digital network of a TNC or while a TNC driver provides a prearranged ride.
