a document that is received by the judge of probate in a form that is not electronic. (b)

Section 36-25-5.2 Public disclosure of information regarding officials, candidates, or spouses
employed by or contracting with the state or federal government. (a) For purposes of this
section, the term state shall include the State of Alabama and any of its agencies, departments,

Section 41-22-5.1 Public notification of proposed rules; business economic impact statement;
applicability. (a) This section and Section 41-22-5.2 shall be known and may be cited as "The
Red Tape Reduction Act." (b) When an agency files a notice of intent to adopt, amend,
or repeal any rule, the agency shall make its best efforts to notify the public of the proposed
rule. At a minimum, when the agency files the notice of intent, the agency shall post the
text of the rule the agency proposes to adopt, amend, or repeal on its website or, if the
agency has no website, on a website operated or maintained by the executive branch. Additionally,
when the agency files a notice of intent to adopt, amend, or repeal a rule, the agency shall

Section 5-13B-9 Agency activities. (a) Any Alabama state bank may, upon compliance with the
requirements of this section, agree to receive deposits, renew time deposits, close loans,
service loans, receive payments on loans and other obligations and, with the prior approval
of the superintendent, perform other services as an agent for any depository institution.

offender students; educational placement of juvenile sex offenders. (a)(1) On or before January
1, 2019, the State Board of Education shall develop a comprehensive model policy for the supervision
and monitoring of juvenile sex offender students, who have a low risk of re-offense and are
enrolled, attending class, and participating in school activities with the general population
of students. The purpose of the model policy is to provide a safe and secure environment for
