Section 7-9A-316 Effect of change in governing law. (a) General rule: Effect on perfection
of change in governing law. A security interest perfected pursuant to the law of the jurisdiction
designated in Section 7-9A-301(1) or 7-9A-305(c) remains perfected until the earliest of:
(1) the time perfection would have ceased under the law of that jurisdiction; (2) the expiration
of four months after a change of the debtor's location to another jurisdiction; or (3) the
expiration of one year after a transfer of collateral to a person that thereby becomes a debtor
and is located in another jurisdiction. (b) Security interest perfected or unperfected under

Section 32-20-24 Acceptance of application where ownership of manufactured home in question.
If the department is not satisfied as to the ownership of the manufactured home or that there
are no undisclosed security interests in it, the department may accept the application but
shall do either of the following: (1) Withhold issuance of a certificate of title until the

Section 32-8-46 Transfer of ownership - By operation of law. (a)(1) If the interest of an owner
in a vehicle passes to another other than by voluntary transfer, the transferee shall, except
as hereinafter provided in subsection (b), promptly mail or deliver to a designated agent

Section 11-89A-10 Security for payment of bonds; contracts and agreements to secure. (a) Any
bonds issued by the authority shall be revenue bonds and shall be payable solely out of such

Section 32-20-34 Suspension or revocation of certificate. (a) The department shall suspend
or revoke a certificate of title, subject to the appeal provisions of Chapter 2A of Title
40, when authorized by any other provision of law or if it finds either of the following:
