Section 34-21-25 Denial, suspension, or revocation of license; administrative fines; voluntary
disciplinary alternative program. (a) For disciplinary purposes, the board may adopt, levy,
and collect administrative fines not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) per violation
and may institute any legal proceedings necessary to effect compliance with this chapter against
its licensees. (b)(1) The board may also deny, revoke, or suspend any license issued by it
or otherwise discipline a licensee, or holder of a multistate privilege to practice in Alabama,
upon proof of any of the following regarding the licensee: a. Is guilty of fraud or deceit
in procuring or attempting to procure a license. b. Has been convicted of a felony. c. Is
guilty of a crime involving moral turpitude or of gross immorality that would tend to bring
reproach upon the nursing profession. d. Is unfit or incompetent due to the use of alcohol,
or is addicted to the use of habit-forming drugs to such an extent as to...

Commissioner shall submit to the State Board of Veterans' Affairs for its approval an annual
budget of all funds appropriated by the Legislature to the department for the specific purposes

Section 11-32-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following words and phrases shall
mean the following unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) AD VALOREM TAX. Those

this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) DENTAL HOME. The dental
home is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient, inclusive of all aspects
of oral health care, delivered in a comprehensive, continuously accessible, coordinated, and
family-centered way. (2) MOBILE DENTAL FACILITY. Any self-contained facility in which dentistry
or dental hygiene is practiced which may be moved, towed, or transported from one location

of quality public charter school applications, every local school board, in its role as public
charter school authorizer, shall issue and broadly publicize a request for proposals for public

personal property tax filing system that allows any taxpayer required to file a business personal
