Section 40-23-2 Tax levied on gross receipts; certain sales exempt; disposition of funds. (a) Immediately before an adult sex offender temporarily leaves his or her county of residence for a period of three or more consecutive days, the adult sex offender shall report in person to the sheriff in each county of residence and complete and sign a travel notification document. Section 11-65-17 Terms of horse racing facility license. (a) A horse racing facility license issued under this chapter shall be for a period of 20 years, but shall be reviewed annually.
