Section 32-6-351 Active reserve identification tag. Effective January 1, 1994, a resident
of this state who is an active member of the United States Armed Forces Reserve may obtain
a distinctive motor vehicle license tag or tags signifying service in the Armed Forces Reserve
upon presenting to the judge of probate or commissioner of licenses an active reserve identification
card. The distinctive motor vehicle license tags authorized by this division shall be issued
in the same manner, under the same conditions, and for the same fees due, if any, as distinctive
