Section 45-37A-331.32 Definitions. As used in this subpart, the following terms shall have
the following meanings: (1) CITY. The City of Midfield, Alabama. (2) CIVIL FINE. The monetary
amount assessed by the City of Midfield pursuant to this act for an adjudication of civil
liability for a speeding violation, including municipal court costs associated with the infraction.
(3) CIVIL VIOLATION. There is hereby created a non-criminal category of law called a civil
violation created and existing for the sole purpose of carrying out the terms of this subpart.
The penalty for violation of a civil violation shall be the payment of a civil fine, the enforceability
of which shall be accomplished through civil action. The prosecution of a civil violation
created hereby shall carry reduced evidentiary requirements and burden of proof as set out
in Section 45-37A-331.35, and in no event shall an adjudication of liability for a civil violation

Section 32-7A-12 Suspension of registration. (a) The department shall suspend the vehicle registration
of any motor vehicle determined to be in violation of Section 32-7A-4, including any motor
vehicle operated in violation of Section 32-7A-16 by an operator other than the owner of the
vehicle. Neither the fact that, subsequent to the date of verification or violation, the owner
acquired the required liability insurance policy nor the fact that the owner terminated ownership

Section 33-5-54 Issuance of boater safety certification. (a) Unless otherwise provided in this
article, upon the installation of a system for the issuance of boater safety certifications
with color photographs of holders, all certifications and renewals issued in this state shall
be issued in the following manner: (1) The person shall apply under oath to the judge of probate
or license commissioner of the county of residence for the certification or renewal upon a
form which shall be provided by the Director of Public Safety. (2) Subject to the other provisions

motor fuel to the following are exempt from the tax levied by subsection (a) of Section 40-17-325
and shall not be paid at the rack: (1) All motor fuel exported from this state for which proof
of export is available in the form of a terminal issued destination state shipping document
that is a. exported by a supplier who is licensed in the destination state or b. is sold by
a supplier to a licensed exporter for immediate export to a state for which the applicable
