Section 29-2A-2 Composition; terms; vacancies; meetings; rulemaking authority. (a) The commission
shall be composed of the following members: (1) Three members of the House of Representatives
appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, one of whom shall be a member of

Section 34-34A-6 Creation of board of examiners; members; qualifications of members; term of
membership; duties of board. (a) The State Board of Examiners for Dietetics/Nutrition Practice
is hereby created. (b) The board shall consist of three members. Two members of the board

Section 9-17-110 Liquefied Petroleum Gas Research and Education Advisory Committee. (a) The
Liquefied Petroleum Gas Research and Education Advisory Committee is created. The committee

Section 45-27-120.08 Personnel board. (a) There may be created in Escambia County a personnel
board. The personnel board shall be composed of not less than three persons nor more than
seven persons, as established by the county commission. The board members shall be registered
voters and residents of the county. Regardless of the number of board members, one member
