There is hereby created and established the Department of Economic and Community Affairs within the Office of the Governor and directly under his supervision and control. Section 41-27-5 State Bureau of Investigations. (a) The State Bureau of Investigations is hereby created in the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency.
