Section 32-6-234 Recognition of official disability parking identification devices from other
jurisdictions. Official disability parking identification devices issued by any other state,
district, or territory subject to the laws of the United States, or any foreign jurisdiction
shall be recognized in the State of Alabama. Motor vehicles bearing a valid device from those
jurisdictions shall be accorded the parking privileges contained within this division until

place limited or prohibited by state or federal law, a person, including a person with a permit
