Section 32-6-192 Issuance of distinctive license tags to members. (a) A member of the Ancient Arabic Order of Nobles of the Mystic Shrine for North America who is the owner of a motor vehicle and a resident of the state may be issued a distinctive license tag or plate bearing the words "The Ancient Arabic Order of Nobles of the Mystic Shrine" across the top portion of the tag or plate and bearing its logo between the county identification number and the actual license number. The member shall make application to the judge of probate or license commissioner, comply with the motor vehicle registration and licensing laws, pay the regular fees required by law for license tags or plates for private passenger or pleasure motor vehicles, and pay an additional fee of twenty-five dollars ($25).
