Section 32-1-1.1 Definitions. The following words and phrases when used in this title,
for the purpose of this title, shall have meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section,
except when the context otherwise requires: (1) ALLEY. A street or highway intended to provide

Section 32-5A-240 License requirements of persons operating motorcycles. (a) Subject
to subsection (b), each person operating a motorcycle shall be granted all of the rights and
shall be subject to all of the duties applicable to the driver of any other vehicle under

Section 34-9-6.1 Mobile dental facilities or portable dental operations. (a) For purposes
of this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) DENTAL HOME.
The dental home is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient, inclusive
of all aspects of oral health care, delivered in a comprehensive, continuously accessible,

Section 32-5A-31 Obedience to traffic-control devices; devices presumed to comply with
requirements. (a) The driver of any vehicle shall obey the instructions of any official traffic-control
device applicable thereto placed in accordance with law, unless otherwise directed by a police
officer, subject to the exceptions granted the driver of an authorized emergency vehicle in
this chapter. (b) No provision of this chapter for which official traffic-control devices
are required shall be enforced against an alleged violator if at the time and place of the

Section 32-8-2 Definitions. For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall
