Section 32-5A-88 Driving on roadways laned for traffic. Whenever any roadway has been divided into two or more clearly marked lanes for traffic the following rules in addition to all others consistent herewith shall apply: (1) A vehicle shall be driven as nearly as practicable entirely within a single lane and shall not be moved from such lane until the driver has first ascertained that such movement can be made with safety. Section 32-5A-92 Restrictions on use of controlled-access roadway. (a) The Department of Transportation by resolution or order entered in its minutes, and local authorities by ordinance, may regulate or prohibit the use of any controlled-access roadway (or highway) within their respective jurisdictions by any class or kind of traffic which is found to be incompatible with the normal and safe movement of traffic. Section 32-5A-130 Required position and method of turning at intersections. The driver of a vehicle intending to turn shall do so as follows: (1) RIGHT TURNS.
