Section 32-10-1 Duties of driver involved in motor vehicle accident; removal of vehicle from roadway. (a) The driver of any motor vehicle involved in an accident resulting in injury to or the death of any person, or in damage to a motor vehicle or other vehicle which is driven or attended by any person, shall immediately stop such vehicle at the scene of such accident or as close thereto as possible and shall then forthwith return to and in every event shall remain at the scene of the accident until he or she has fulfilled the requirements of Section 32-10-2. Every such stop shall be made without obstructing traffic more than is necessary. Section 32-5C-2 Prohibitions against operation of motor vehicle under conditions which reduce light transmission. Except as provided in this chapter, a person shall not operate a motor vehicle registered in this state under either of the following conditions: (1) With material or glazing applied or affixed to the front windshield which reduces light transmission through the front windshield. (2) With material or glazing applied or affixed to the rear windshield or the side or door windows which reduce light transmission through the rear windshield or side windows to less than 32 percent or increase light reflectance to more than 20 percent, with a measurement tolerance of at least 3 percent.
