Section 32-5A-53 Obstruction to driver's view or driving mechanism. (a) No person shall drive a vehicle when it is loaded, or when there are in the front seat such a number of persons as to obstruct the view of the driver to the front or sides of the vehicle or as to interfere with the driver's control over the driving mechanism of the vehicle. (a) It shall be unlawful for the operator of a vessel, when the vessel is operated at or above plane speed, to position or allow the positioning of, persons or equipment, including but not limited to, seats, coolers, tackle, ski, and tubing devices, in a manner that would obstruct the operator's view to impair, or would otherwise impair, the safe operation of the vessel while operating on the waters of this state.
