Section 33-19-1 Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Basin Compact. The State of Alabama
hereby agrees to the following interstate compact known as the Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint
River Basin Compact: Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Basin Compact The States of Alabama,
Florida and Georgia and the United States of America hereby agree to the following compact
which shall become effective upon enactment of concurrent legislation by each respective state
legislature and the Congress of the United States. Short Title This Act shall be known and
may be cited as the "Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Basin Compact" and shall
be referred to hereafter in this document as the "ACF Compact" or "compact."

Section 34-1A-5 Licenses - Issuance; fees; suspension or revocation; nonresident license; display;
written service contracts; confidential information. (a) The board shall issue licenses authorized
by this chapter to all qualified individuals in accordance with rules or regulations established
by the board. (b)(1) Effective beginning January 1, 2014, the license fee for a two-year period
as set by the board shall not exceed three hundred dollars ($300) for an individual and one

Section 34-4-29 Revocation or suspension - Procedure generally; grounds; notice and hearing

Section 32-5-200 Consent to blood test; definitions; incapacity; refusal to submit to test;
notice of suspension, etc., of license; hearing; appeal. (a) Any person who operates a motor
vehicle on the public highways of this state who is involved in an accident that results in
death or a serious physical injury to any person shall be deemed to have given consent to
a test of his or her blood for the purpose of determining the alcoholic content of his or

Section 30-3-172 Request for hearing; purpose of hearing; notification of decision; appeal;

Section 34-39-16 Complaints; notice and hearing; judicial review. (a) Any person may file a
complaint with the board against any licensed occupational therapist or licensed occupational
therapy assistant in the state charging the person with having violated this chapter. The

Section 11-53A-3 Administrative hearing; order for removal of unsafe building or structure;
appeal of order for removal. (a) Within the time specified in the notice, but not more than
60 days from the date notice is given, any person, firm, or corporation having an interest
in the building or structure may file a written request for a hearing before the city governing
body, together with any objection to the finding by the board that the building or structure
is unsafe to the extent of creating a public nuisance. The filing of the request shall delay
