Section 32-7-37 Other violations; penalties. (a) Failure to report an accident as required
in Section 32-7-5 shall be punished by a fine not in excess of $25.00, and in the event
of injury or damage to the person or property of another in such accident, the director shall
suspend the license of the person failing to make such report or the nonresident's operating
privilege of such person until such report has been filed and for such further period not
to exceed 30 days as the director may fix. (b) Any person who gives information required in
a report or otherwise as provided for in Section 32-7-5, knowing or having reason to
believe that such information is false, or who shall forge or, without authority, sign any

Section 13A-12-233 Drug trafficking enterprise defined; punishment. (a) This section
shall be known as the "Alabama Drug Trafficking Enterprise Act." For purposes of
this section, a person is engaged in a criminal enterprise for the purpose of trafficking
in illegal drugs if that person violates any provision of Section 13A-12-231, and such
violation is: (1) Undertaken by such person in concert with five or more other persons with
respect to whom such person occupies a position of organizer, a supervisory position, or any
other position of management, and (2) From which such person obtains substantial income or
resources. (b) For purposes of this section, "substantial income" means any

theft by deception if he or she does any of the following: (1) He or she commits a theft of
