Section 13A-11-84 Penalties; seizure and disposition of pistols involved in violations
of certain sections. (a) Every violation of subsection (a) of Section 13A-11-72 or
Section 13A-11-81 shall be a Class C felony. Every violation of subsection (b) of Section
13A-11-72 or Sections 13A-11-73, 13A-11-74, 13A-11-76, and 13A-11-77 through 13A-11-80 shall
be a Class A misdemeanor. The punishment for violating Section 13A-11-78 or 13A-11-79
may include revocation of license. (b) It shall be the duty of any sheriff, policeman, or

imprisonment; trafficking in illegal drugs; trafficking in amphetamine and methamphetamine;

Section 28-4-136 Penalties for violations of provisions of article by railroad companies,
express companies, etc.; duties of district attorney in cases of grand jury indictments. (a)
Any railroad company, express company or other carrier or any person or corporation violating
any of the provisions of this article or failing to comply with any requirements thereof shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than $50.00 nor more than $500.00,

bus, wherever used in this section, means any motor-propelled vehicle used on the highways

Section 9-12-113.1 Selling, buying, trading, or bartering certain saltwater game fish
prohibited. No person shall do, or attempt to do, any of the following: sell, trade, or barter,
or buy, trade for, or barter for, any saltwater game fish specified in Section 9-12-113
