Section 8-21C-7 Duties of warrantors; warranty claims. (a) Each warrantor shall do all of the
following: (1) Specify in writing each of its dealer obligations, if any, for preparation,
delivery, and warranty service on its products. (2) Compensate a dealer for warranty service
required of the dealer by the warrantor. (3) Provide a dealer the schedule of compensation
to be paid and the time allowances for the performance of any work and service. The schedule
of compensation shall include reasonable compensation for diagnostic work as well as warranty
labor. (b) Time allowances for the diagnosis and performance of warranty labor shall be reasonable
for the work to be performed. In the determination of what constitutes reasonable compensation
under this section, the principal factors to be given consideration shall be the actual wage
rates being paid by the dealer and the actual retail labor rate being charged by the dealers

Section 12-17-226.10 Written agreement; other terms and conditions. (a) In any case in which
an offender is admitted into a pretrial diversion program established under this division,
there shall be a written agreement between the district attorney and the offender. The agreement
shall include the terms of the pretrial diversion program, the length of the program, as practicable
as possible, the costs of the program to the offender, and the period of time after which
the district attorney must dispose of the charges against the offender. If, as part of the

Section 15-18-82.1 Methods of execution; election of method; constitutionality. (a) A death
sentence shall be executed by lethal injection, unless the person sentenced to death affirmatively
elects to be executed by electrocution or nitrogen hypoxia. The sentence shall be executed
pursuant to Section 15-18-82. (b) A person convicted and sentenced to death for a capital

Section 40-17-329 Exemptions. (a) Unless otherwise provided for in this subsection, sales of
motor fuel to the following are exempt from the tax levied by subsection (a) of Section 40-17-325
and shall not be paid at the rack: (1) All motor fuel exported from this state for which proof
of export is available in the form of a terminal issued destination state shipping document
that is a. exported by a supplier who is licensed in the destination state or b. is sold by
a supplier to a licensed exporter for immediate export to a state for which the applicable
destination state motor fuel excise tax has been collected by the supplier who is licensed
to remit the tax to the destination state. If the motor fuel is exempt from the excise tax
