Section 32-5A-13 Provisions cumulative; laws not repealed. The provisions of this chapter are
cumulative and shall not be construed to repeal or supersede any laws not inconsistent herewith.
Without limitation of the generality of the preceding sentence of this section, this chapter
shall not repeal or supersede Sections 32-5-8, 32-5-9, 32-5-11 through 32-5-14, 32-5-16, 32-5-31,
32-5-51, 32-5-54, 32-5-64, 32-5-65, 32-5-72, 32-5-74 through 32-5-76, 32-5-93, 32-5-97, 32-5-113,

Section 12-5A-14 Construction. (a) All laws or parts of laws, both general and local, and any
rules or portions of rules adopted by the Supreme Court which conflict with this chapter are
expressly repealed. The provisions of this chapter are cumulative and shall not be construed
