Section 32-4-6 Cooperation with and participation in programs of federal and other agencies.
The Governor, acting for and in behalf of the State of Alabama, is authorized to cooperate
with, and participate in, the programs of all federal, state, local, public, and private agencies
and organizations in order to effectuate the purposes of this chapter. (Acts 1967, No. 270,

(8) Certify the disbursement of available funds. (9) Delegate, with the approval of the board,
to any officer or employee of the department those powers and duties necessary to effectuate
