Section 23-1-273 Erection or maintenance of signs - Prohibited in adjacent areas; exceptions. (a) The Legislature finds that airports, restricted landing areas, and other air navigation facilities shall be suitable for the purposes for which they are designated and licensed, and the advantages of uniform regulation make it desirable that airports, restricted landing areas, and other air navigation facilities shall be constructed and maintained in conformity, as nearly as may be, with current federal laws, rules, and regulations governing civil aeronautics in the United States. (a) After January 1, 1976, it shall be unlawful for any person to install, allow to be installed, occupy, or allow to be occupied any new or used manufactured home or manufactured building unless the home or building is tied down to properly installed ground anchors so as to be able to resist wind loads as specified in the rules and regulations adopted by the commission. Section 32-5A-195 Cancellation, suspension, or revocation of driver's license; grounds, procedure, etc. (a) The Secretary of the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency is authorized to cancel any driver's license upon determining that the licensee was not entitled to the issuance thereof or that the licensee failed to give the correct or required information in his or her application. Section 33-5-62 Rules and regulations; point system for suspension or revocation of certifications. The Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources may establish and promulgate reasonable rules and regulations, not in conflict with the laws of this state, concerning operation of vessels and concerning the enforcement of this article.
